5 star service, 1 star flavor. I've tried the Cuban, a bowl, a balsamic chicken sandwich... it's either too salty, flavorless,... or poorly put together. Knowing this is the 4R Restaurant group really disappointed at the quality and flavor of the food here. Read more
Abbey at 4 Roots Cafe is an AMAZING person who thinks with her heart and hone customers issue from start to finish! I led a... team of 20 JPMC employees volunteering at the Science Center and we ordered sandwiches but 1 person was vegetarian and Abbeyworked it all out to re-create what was already made. I'm really surprise at the bad reviews. We've eaten here several times. The bowls are really great and the prices are fair. ... The pizza is also good, nice and crispy. The dino shaped chicken nuggets are not great which is the only reason I took off astar but I don't think it deserves the hate. Read more
