Decided to come here for their Mahi-Mahi & Shrimp pasta Special of the Week. The presentation was absolutely beautiful but the... flavor was even better. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the hint of lemon pulled the entire dish together. The jumbo shrimpswere delicious and they gave a huge peice of Mahi-Mahi. Got the Cheesy Bread sticks and Parmesan Bread as well. They were sowarm and so soft! Would come back just for the bread. One of the TOP PIZZA in Orlando. Here the pizza is exquisite, fresh and tasty. Very well made from the thing dough, to the... fresh sauce and a really good cheese. Service is awesome, Mr. Nestor was very kind and attentive. Everyone works like ateam. They have really good desserts too. I tried the Tres Leches Cake. Thanks for everything, definitely coming back! I love 1803's pizzas! They taste homemade (and made with love) and the chef is not shy with cheese, so if you like your pizza... extra cheesy, it's the place for you! Not only the ingredients are carefully picked and taste delicious but the prices are veryreasonable. Nestor, the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Best Pizza in town! I am obsessed with their pizza and dessert. I get a Vegan pizza that has pineapples on it and OMG it's... sooooo yummy!!!! Forgetting the name of it but they have a few vegan pizza options! I also love their unique dessert options.Service has been excellent too!
