First time there and the food was really good. You can get just about anything in a bowl ????....spicy or not spicy. I ordered... #9 on the menu...my sister had #10....we both enjoyed our lunch....the spicy one is the first photo. Read more
Went there with my sister to try their Tonkatsu ramen and Miso Ramen and it was mediocre overall, the broth of the ramen... could?ve been better. My pork belly for my Miso Ramen was also not tender and soft but chewy? The total bill came out to be $36for two bowls of ramen, 1 ramune soda, and water. They literally charged me $5 for water when i barely drank any of it. I?ve hadbetter tasting Tonkatsu ramen plus ice cream in Chicago for like $20. please don?t waste your money here such a hugedisappointment in my opinion. Read more
Chashu has a good roasted flavor that has a tender juicy texture. Recommend coating the meat with the broth. Noodles have a good... mouth feel and chewy. Soup is salty and savory with a good kick from the chili oil. Read more
Update: Went there again last night and prices went up sooooo high!!!! For some ramen. I don't think I will go back again. It... was $11.99 which was reasonable but now it's $14.99 for some ramen. I could make this myself since I'm asian. Oh well. Anotherone bites the dust. My girlfriend and I was in the mood for some yummy ramen for lunch and decided to visit Wu's for the firsttime. Plenty of parking so that is always a plus. We both ordered the miso ramen and it was delicious. The broth was a tiny bitsalty but with the ramune drinks that they ordered it paired very well. I always feel like if you're having ramen.....you needsome ramune ???? The original ramune is still my favorite but we also had strawberry and orange which we brought home to ourboys. Back to the ramen, it had 1 piece...yes 1 piece of seaweed but I didn't mind that but the pork belly was the best part ofthe ramen. Corn...well...it's corn so it's smart of them to pair that in the soup. There's always an egg on top. Ramen almostalways have an egg and that was good. Gyoza was the BEST part! The sauce was fantastic!!! Don't change that. And it was soooocrispy! I'm so glad we ordered the gyoza appetizer. Overall it was a great experience and price was very reasonable forlunch....and it was actually pretty filling and I can EAT!!! I will definitely visit Wu's again in the near future! Read more
First time coming here and it was fantastic. It was the first time I ever had actual Ramen and Wu's did not disappoint. I tried... their Shoyu Ramen (the chicken pieces were hefty) and my friend had the beef ramen. The two of us finished every drop. Before wewalked out, we already were making plans to come back. Thank you, Wu's and shoutout to our waitress Wendy! Read more
First time at a Ramen restaurant and it did not disappoint. For it being somewhat of a chain, it was very good. Appetizers were... a little small but the Ramen was fantastic. The broth had amazing flavor. I recommend not getting spicy, since they offerSriracha and hot garlic oil on the table. You can spice it up to your taste preference. Read more
Best ramen in the area so far (at least for me). The restaurant itfself has such a calming environment, warm lights and chill... music. Elegant surroundings, perfect for a date. The food is really tasty, really well made and served quickly. Choice ofimported drinks, if you are into IPA'S I would recommend you Real Ginger Brew. Smooth with a hint of Ginger. To be honest, don't mind the price. Ramen restaurants are always pricy, and this one is actually even, not bad. Around $50 for two drinks andtwo plates. Last but not least, friendly customer service ???????? Read more
