It wasn't very crowded. It was just noon. I had an avocado salad and small diet coke. The salad was really loaded, topped with... avocado of course, tomato, cheese, strips of bacon, chicken breast. I hate the pop machines there. This is the first time notgetting my arm in it. It's good but boy is it getting expensive! Almost forgot to mention the place was very tidy. Read more
The MANAGER I didn?t get her name it was around 9am in the morning she might be Mexican got my order incorrect & I had to come... back which was already an inconvenience & she yelled that was what I ordered the customer service was horrible not once did sheapologize until I waited for an apology she should not be a manager at all. This was on Wednesday 9.28 whoever the manager wasthis day. I?m calling cooperate to report this incident too. Very unprofessional staff no washing of hands prior to handling food no gloves worn long dreadlocks no hair nets and when I... asked for ketchup packets the employee pointed by the soda area and said there should be some over there which there wasn't andI kindly told the employee that there was none there and she very rudely put the entire plastic bucket of ketchup packets ontothe counter. This place is really gone downhill. The class of workers has changed dramatically. You can just tell that they Would rather be... anywhere than there. Food is cold. I Ordered a large chili and it was terrible. Fries were cold. The only good fast food placesare in the northern suburbs now. Read more

I have now been waiting for a half hour in a parking spot for my food when we were only waiting on fries I called they said oh... what was your order then proceeded to say oh yeah it?ll be out in a minute then 15 minutes later here we are I?ve used up morethan my whole lunch waiting for my food. I go to Wendy?s around 10:45pm 5/25/2022 expecting to get a late night meal after a long day. I order a 20 piece spicy nugget... and 2 large fries and when I get home to finally eat I realize that the gentleman at the window gave me 17 nuggets in total and4 regular nuggets ?mixed in? to that 17. Now look I?m not a stickler for this kind of stuff but when you spend $17 dollars onsomething so simple to make, you expect it to be right. I have worked food industry and other customer service and in my opinionthis is just lazy. The fries were also cold to top it off.
