I never get coffee ever so i asked what a macchiato was and the lady laughed and turned to her other co workers yelling and... laughing i didn?t know what it was. Super rude and awful customer service. Stans coffee ended up being so much better. Read more

I ordered drinks paid extra for add ins and get there, They don't have the add ins we requested and no refund. Just I'm sorry.... Starbucks needs to get there stuff together. Most of the country has reopened. Read more

Used to be good. Not sure what happened, but the frappes we ordered were so watery and not worth the money. Definitely not... starbucks quality. Worker was chatting with friend while there was a long line of people waiting and then 10 minutes later cameback to ?work?. Read more

I normally get cold brew. I feel like at this location they do not use the 1/3 concentrate, 1/3 water, 1/3 ice rule that... everyone else goes by. I had a cup that was pretty much 90% cold brew and 10% ice and I legitimately almost checked myself intoa hospital because I thought my heart was going to explode. Read more
