Went to mrs fields today and wanted to get some sugar cookies with icing. Didn?t have any made so I asked can I get some sugar... cookie mini sandwiches and other icing(might I add never had an issue getting someone to make them before ) wanted about 12 ofthe mini cookie sandwiches ? I have 6 people in my house . She says well I can only 2 a couple we aren?t suppose to do this forpeople ?. Since when ? Because I have never heard that they won?t do this . After she rings me up for my 2 cookie sandwiches and2 cookies I ended up getting my for 2 children I had with me . Immediately went back to get friend that was hanging out waitingfor her and gossiping about their day . Horrible customer service ! Read more
It's been years since I visited a Mrs Fields shop. Frequented one often when I worked in downtown Chicago. Found myself in the... Orland Mall, saw the little shop and decided to stop by and recapture a bit of youth. Alas, it's true what they say, you cannever go back. As far as taste, there's just a hint of the old recipe I remembered and the chocolate chip, white chocolatemacadamian and oatmeal cookies are much thinner now. The cookies were so undercooked that they turned into a mound of doughinside the bag by the time my son and I made it to our car. Disappointed to say the least. Read more

We ordered a large cookie for my son's bday party-we went to pick it up and the girls says "oh, I didn't know we had any orders... today, our baker didn't even come in." How terrible and irresponsible! Luckily, I was able to go upstairs in the mall to Nestléto get one made in an hour....I hope it will be good. Mrs. Fields has lost my business indefinitely! Read more

I come here a lot... and I see they have new staff of great kids...cookies always stocked and fresh...and when you ask them to... make you fresh cookies, they do it in a heartbeat!!! Read more
extremly overpriced and employees are not cheerful
