It's November 8th, 2022 at 5:45 PM and this establishment is closed. This is absolutely miserable. The entire convenience of... McDonalds is to be open always, and always serve the same food. Its not about quality or service, its about consistency andconvenience. That's what McDonalds is born and built on. Nothing else. I wasted my entire lunch to come here to pick up amobile order, just to see I can't come in. Nothing in the app notified me this location was closed. They rang up part of the order wrong but were so sweet about it that I drove away still a happy customer. They were by far one... of the most polite McDonald's that I've been to. Both Drive Thru employees from evening shift on Saturday should get a raise. Read more
Coffee is always great. Last week, they forgot my two jalapeno burgers and a drink. Fries were way over salted. But everyone... knows when it's past midnight and you are hungry, you can't be too picky! Read more
It was crazy they totally messed up the order just taking it because it was somebody in training but the manager handled it very... well. Took it all in stride, even though it was lunch rush crazy. But probably wants to go home and pull his hair out he had alot of new hires. This McDonald's on Lagrange Road in Orland Park, IL was recently remodelled. Very modern beautiful building, looks great with... the new LaGrange Road remodel/expansion...A very dependable location, clean, orders are always correct, food is always hot,important attributes to a great fast food experience that is rarely seen nowadays. I am observing a religious fast from meatfor Easter so I had the Fish Filet sandwich and an iced coffee.....both were great! Read more
