I got the al pastor tacos and my husband got the steak fajitas. I'm a big critic of Mexican food and I think the food was just... OK compared to other places. We've been coming here for many years, never had a bad meal or dining experience. Tonight Jill was our server, who appeared to... be double duty as the bartender as well, and was great!!! This place has a very cozy feel when you walk in. Salsa and chips are good. Salsa has a spicy twist; however, it doesn't burn... your mouth. Chicken Taquitos were pretty good. You get 4 rolls. They were nice and crispy on the outside. Fried to perfection.All white meat used; however, it was a little watery on the inside and there was no flavor. I thought the pinkish color was rawmeat. However, the waitress re-assured me that it was the red sauce mixed with meat. The Nacho platter is very appealing to theeyes and taste pretty good. Kudos to the waitress. We dined at Mama Maria’s last night; it took approximately 45 minutes to get our burritos. Mine was the Canasta Bowl with... steak, it was ice cold and the tortilla bowl was refrigerator cold. My partner’s rice, beans and burrito were also cold. Weboth took about 3 bites hoping it would get better, it didn’t and we were done with our meals. I spoke with our server, sheoffered to remake our meals and I declined. We didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes at approximately 7:45pm. My partnernoticed her speaking with the manager and nothing resulted of it. Our bill was brought, noticed it was half price night;however we were charged at 35% off according to menu prices. We’ve been dining there for over 3 years, never has thishappened in the past and we do not plan on returning after the poor quality of our food and how the establishment handled theissue. Read more

I had Mama Maria's for the first time today when my in-laws catered for a family gathering. It is some of the best I've ever... had. The steak and pork were so juicy and flavorful tacos. The chicken quesadillas were excellent. I definitely plan to go herein the future! Read more

I was really excited when I got inside this place, because it looked like it would have good food. Nope. The best parts of the... meal were the chips and salsa. Ordered enchiladas suizas with salsa rojo. When the server bought it to the table he told me'watch the plate, it's hot'. Plate was hot. Enchiladas were room temperature. Beans were soupy. Went for the drinks since I heard they had tequila flights and the single drink was good! The flights are expensive equivalent... to just paying for shots. 3 for $29 or 4 for $34 and you pick out of a 4 page book and they don’t come with tags so youcan’t remember which are which. I would’ve given 5 stars had the flights had been a little bit better for the money. Socialdistancing was in place. Nice and clean. Bartender was nice as well. Read more
