So I went there yesterday before 7pm and ordered the Italian and the guy says you want white of wheat bread and I said I want... rosemary Parmesan and he said we?re out so I just walked out, the last 3 times I?ve been there they haven?t had rosemaryParmesan. Honestly if I can give zero stars I would. I have tried with this location more than once. There is on guy there who takes my... order and has never got my order right and after waiting 20 minutes I have to wait for another sandwich to made correctly. Theguy has the audacity to tell me I ordered the wrong number, when he corrected me the first I tried to order it. The 4 people infront of me he messed up so I should?ve figured that he was going to mess up mine. I have tried with this location this is thelast time I go there. Poor quality customer service. Ordered something off their menu and the guy taking my order immediately has an attitude that I?m... even in the building. Just from sitting here and eating what I ordered, they messed up 4 other people?s orders and don?t seem tocare one bit when the customers come back in and tell them their order is wrong. Very disappointing. I love JM but this visit was horrid. I notice that employees at many branches dislike when people order a... mini. Half of my customized ingredients were missing, and this sandwich was dipped in mayo so it became soggy and inedible. Theyalso only cut the top part of the sandwich in half so I had to complete it at home. The Red Wine Vinegar, Jalapeño Peppers,Oregano, Lettuce, and Cherry Pepper Relish WERE ALL MISSING: This is careless and lazy. If Jersey Mike's offers customizedtoppings then they should honor them, OR not offer mini sandwiches which don't fit extra ingredients to begin with, renderingemployees frustrated over crafting a measly sub. The sub was good, bread was soft, staff was excellent but the pricing, it's a sub cold cut sandwich. For what I paid here,... anyone could have bought 2 foot longs at subway. Yes, I know that was a low blow and I'm kind of tired of them butpricing...that's only thing they have up on this place. Food was good and yes fast! Read more

This one is Awesome. The staff rocks! Everytime I come in here weather its packed or I am the only one, they are in a great... mood. I have tried almost every sandwich and loved all of them. Clean and friendly all the time. What a great place to visit fora lunch. If I line forms, it gets down quick. Read more
