Worst service ever! 157th and harlem orland park Dunkin They forgot 2 of my sandwiches and 2 hash browns and refuse to give it... yo me. Cheap indian owners. I ask for napkins and i get one napkin. Thet lie and say no manager on duty they cant give me mysandwiches they forgot to bag it and to come back. You come back and they still refuse to give you missing items. Cashierclaims there's no manager. after 10 minutes she goes to the office to call him. She tells me we're never allowed to say there'sa manager on duty. Every.. and i mean EVERY donut is dry , stale and horrible. I think they buy the rejected donuts from other locations and sell... them here.. and they have an attitude that matches the quality of their products. Terrible experience here. My company makes a stop at this dunkin all the time and today I tried to use my rewards and the lady... snapped at me. I had to tell her to calm down and she said she had a line in the drive thru but I came inside so why was thedrive thru being taken out on me? I told her I was customer and she was being very rude.
