Disgusting. So disappointing and unprofessional. I took a 15 minute walk to grab coffee from this location. Although there was a... man in the dining area chilling eating his donut and drinking coffee, when I knocked on the door they kept signaling for me togo through the drive thru. Beyond just simply rude and ignorant, the irrogance and unproffesinoalisim here is not only rediculous but it's straight up... uncalled for! You ask 1 little question and it's nothing but attitudes. Ill drive farther away to a different one, I'm notdealing with all that just for a simple coffee!!!! They don't put the lids on all the way and my friend that has Cerebal Palsywith one working arm asks them to make sure they're on all the way and secure so they don't spill on him again in the car andthey tell him he needs to stop complaining... One of the largest coffee shops in the world has its doors lock for no reason! How does a large corporation not allow customers... into the shop in order to place an order pick donuts, wash their hands? How many times have I placed an order & taste thecoffee that was burnt & having to get back into a long drive-thru line?
