I was just here. I ordered a large diet root beer, double bacon deluxe with cheese and a cheese curd with a side of marinara. I... asked for no bun on the cheeseburger. Simple order, right? The guy asked me again if I wanted cheese and I said yes and then heasked me if I wanted everything on it. I said yes. I went to the window and handed them my card and they told me it would be$20. Then she charged right away and gave me a medium drink. I said, “really? It’s $20 for a drink, a burger and a cheesecurd and it’s not even a large like I asked?”. The lady said, “yeah”. I was like “nope”. Very rudely she said“would you like to speak to a manager?”. I said just give me my money back. She went and got the manager anyway and Irepeated that I wanted my money back. She gave me my money back and I looked at the receipt and realized that when he asked meif I wanted cheese he added another cheeseburger and when he asked me if I wanted everything on it he charged me for condimentsfor that extra cheeseburger and then didn’t put on the large drink that I asked for. There fountain machine was out of ice basically out of service on both sections Which is pretty disappointing considering you... eating a super hot meal that's to hot to eat. Need that cooling off with the ice in the soda cup. GET ON IT GUYS Read more

Here for our weekly Concrete Mixers and the crew member training newbies keeps having the trainees throw out mixers if they... weigh too much. So far it's 20 mins for something that takes 5 mins. What a waste of product and my time. When questioned thetrainer said we are training and that's it. No I'm sorry about the delay. I think this is my last trip here. This location was great! Good food and good service. Staff was friendly and food came out rather quickly.
Burgers are very greasy. I ordered a sourdough burger it was a sloppy mess. Condiments made the bread very soggy.
