Visited on 7/27/22. Store was dirty. Customer service was bad. Ice cream was like soup.

The dude behind the counter was clearly checked out, lol. He barely put any mix-ins in one ice cream, and left half the mix-ins... on the counter instead of with the ice cream for the other. Read more

My recent visit to this place was delightful. My parents and I stopped by this place to pick up some ice cream to go. The ice... cream we got was good: I ended up getting the Founder's favorite (chocolate chip, pecan, carmel over vanilla). The service wasgood- our server was helpful and did a great job. The tall, thin, and dark hair guy usually has such poor customer service but today he seems to have taken it further. Perhaps... his parents own this particular store because upon asking him for a sample of their new plant based ice cream his reply to mewas ? I don?t give samples? as though it?s his call to make. Nonetheless that?s poor service in my opinion. How am I supposed toknow if I want a cup of your NEW ice cream? Very clean location. Parking spaces designated for Cold Stone customers. Definitely a spot to go if you have a sweet tooth or... want some dessert after dinner. We enjoyed the "Dough-lightful peanut butter" selection which was very delicious. I ate mine ina waffle cup with chocolate on the rim. Also was very good. Read more

Quick service, friendly and LOADS of options!! Ice cream is so creamy and delicious!! 10 tables plus chairs inside and... additional seating outside too! Water and soda are also available here. They have 2 great party packs that I think are prettycool and a good value. Ice cream cakes and pre-packed ice cream are also available. Read more

If you blink, you'll miss this location! Everytime we try to come here we miss the entrance lol but once you're here is well... worth it! Employees are friendly and the inside is super clean. They also have 2 Cold Stone Customer Parking spots right infront of the entrance! Very good stock in cakes for quick pickup too ???????? Read more
