I used to work there years ago lol. All the old workers when I was around are long gone now, but the Cinnabons are really tasty.
Placed an order on Grubhub for a classic 6 pack. The recipt the grubhub driver handed me also said Classic 6 Pack, however... Cinnabon gave the Grubhub driver the Mini-Bon Pack, and not the classic 6 pack. Tried calling the store, no one answers, and youcant even leave a voicemail because you get the "Voicemail box is full" error message. Read more
I took my daughters to the mall just to get out and have some Daddy-Daughter time. Part of any fun mall trip for us is a sweet... treat from Cinnabon. But Cinnabon at Orland Mall is amazing. The food is always fresh and even better than the food is thecustomer service. We always see Sergio. He makes the experience even better, but everyone there is great. Highly recommend. I was extremely disappointed in my purchase today. There was three people waiting for fresh Cinnabon?s to come out of the oven.... I asked the girl for a 4 count box and 2 smaller ones. It was $25.99. The 4 pack and minis were dry, hard and dark. The employeewas was not happy when I told her I wanted a 4 count box and ran a box to me from the back of the store. They were not good atall. I would like to hear from the manager or owner of this store. Not to mention, I drove 12 miles to go there and onlypurchase these for my family. I think the newer staff is very nice, and I'm guessing a much needed management change happened within the last year or so (I... had some not so great experiences at this location a couple of years ago). Got the classic Cinnabon roll, and it was even freshout of the oven! It was awesome! Definitely will be back again soon! Read more
I came here to buy a pack for Cinnabon rolls, the guy in the front was ill mannered, he gave me cold box that was kept in the... outside. I came back before opening it up and asked him for a replace with fresher piece, he responded with really bad attitude.He thinks he is doing some charity here! Read more
We asked for a refund because 2 of the 3 young ladies kept picking up their phones. The one that had her phone the most was the... one that was frosting the cinnamon rolls. While I was in there another lady walked up for a refund because each thing she triedthe quality was bad. There was one of the young ladies that told them that they should put their phones down.
