Told to girl like 5 or 6 times two number 1 double with cheese. 1 of them had cheese and the other didn't. The one that didn't... have cheese had a sesame bun as well. How hard is it to get an order correct?! Read more
Pay attention to your orders because staff there aren't familiar with the menu and how it's written. Asked for a Roast beef... gyro and got a gyro meat gyro yet the menu says Roastbeef , chicken or gyro meat. Beware. Read more

Placed an order online with a specific time for pickup. When we get there the order wasn't ready which wasn't a big issue... because they were short staffed. When we got the order, my gyros was made wrong and the cook immediately corrected themistake. No issue with that, it happens. Some woman comes out of the office with a poor attitude and stated that there was nomention on the ticket about removing the lettuce and tomato. The online receipt clearly stated No Lettuce and No tomato. Sherolled her eyes like it was such an inconvenience to remove the items and when asked if there was additional meat added likerequested, she said yes with an attitude. We get home and there was no additional meat. It wasn't like there was a lot ofpeople waiting so we couldn't understand where her stress was coming from. Compared to the other fast food restaurants in thearea, Arby's doesn't have that much traffic. Anyway, I won't go to this location again. Here's some advice to the woman with anattitude, if you don't feel like working, call off. With so many other options in the area she should be happy that someonechose to come to her place of employment. Since she's not, we will go to another location in the future. Read more
