Went in there yesterday, to fill up my Tacoma. Tried my Gas Buddy Card twice, and both times it was declined. Went inside to see... if it would work. It not only did not work, the cashier (possibly the manager) was super rude. I told him that I had used thecard before, and his response was, "I didn't say you didn't"! Above that, he was rude! Now I am not someone you is just passingthrough. I have lived in the area for 40 years, and have to fill my truck up 4 times a week as I drive 45 minuets to and fromwork 6 days a week. I will still go here for Pizza/Wendy's (maybe), but all the gas money I spend each week will no longer go tothis location. Note: I was in a hurry, cause I was running late on getting to work. And didn't have enough fuel to make it.Ended up just putting $15 in (instead of $100), and leaving. Also, noticed last night when I filled up, that I had entered thewrong driver number at Pilot, due to being in a rush. (I have had bad experiences at other gas stations in the past due to adeclined card). Not sure what they are teaching these cashiers, but giving bad customer service to a customer because of adeclined card is not right. Especially due to the reason, that the customer is probably already stressed out due to the declinedcard. Final thoughts: I ended up being the rude customer to him :( If I go in there for pizza etc. and he is working, justgoing to leave. Read more
I always enjoy stopping at a Pilot when I'm traveling, they just have everything a traveller could possibly need, whether... you're driving solo or with your family, for short trips or cross-country hauls. Food and drinks, snacks, sit-down dining, electronic and charging supplies, vehicle repair and maintenance supplies, clean bathroom, even showers! In addition to theirfood items, they carry toiletries, tourist trinkets, toys and gift items, and the employees are nearly always polite, friendly, and helpful. Very rare to find an employee otherwise. ?? Pilot! Read more
Nice spacious Pilot with good food choices. Friendly staff. Clean. Easy access to propane for RV fill. Dedicated RV / trailer... fuel lanes. Still waiting for Pilot to start using signage to indicate RV/trailer ONLY to keep passenger vehicles from usingthese lanes. Makes it tough on those who really need them. Read more
Best Pilot in California, clean overall, the guy that cleans the showers needs a raise, thank you for having the showers clean... after a long day of work and driving. Staff is positive, friendly and seemed to be focused on making sure things are runninggreat. Layout of the truck parking lot I feel is great compared to other Pilots, has a clean feel outside, peaceful vibe, no onehas to walk too long to get into the drivers entrance. My only complaint would be that the washers were not working except one, hopefully they get that fixed quickly because time is money and we need to sleep before hitting the road. This review is comingfrom a trucker?s wife who is picky as hell, I don?t like the trucking life but I support my husband in whatever he chooses to doto put food on the table. Especially if he makes me a part of it :) Read more
