WORST TIM HORTONS IN THE WORLD. I?m not even exaggerating when I say this. Every time The drive through is minimum 20-30mins to... just get to the speaker box. This time I had time to literally get out and clean the back seat of my car( wiping disownetc.) They make you wait all this time just to get to the window and receive the wrong order. This location was relatively clean and decently staffed. We received two hash browns less than what my husband ordered. When he... asked about it, the employee who made our food told us that's not what she had on her screen (fair). When my husband tried toexplain what he ordered, the employee insisted on arguing that that's not what she had on her screen. Perhaps she could havechecked to see if there was an error on how it was rung in or if we weren't charged for the number of hash browns we thought weordered. Another employee came over and I think told her to give us another hash brown which was rudely tossed in our bag.Customer service left something to be desired. Read more

Terrible service and very slow - Visited on June 27 2022. Waited in line in store for over 30 minutes with only 4 people ahead... of us. Most staff were standing around talking while the lineup grew inside the store. Finally placed our order - We were toldthey were out of eggs for the breakfast sandwiches so we had to change our order - We were able to order the lastjalapeno/cheddar bagel they had (along with other items). Waited 15 more minutes for 2 toasted bagels only for them to turnaround and tell us that they had given away our order to a customer at the drive thru window. It was like watching adisorganized clown show... The stafff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Left with cold coffees now and no bagels. Many other people grumbling in line as we left. The staff were too busy talking, I stood there waiting for one of them to take my order. Finally one of the staff took my... order.i ordered 20 tidbits. I specifically told him I wanted 10 chocolate and 10 honey dip due to allergies. I didn't noticewhat he had done until I put one of the timbits in my mouth. My tongue started to swell up and i had a hard time breathing ifyour staff would have done their jobs. Instead of talking, iwouodnt of had to be rushed to the hospital. I will be taking fthisfurther.
