Happy to have a Starbucks Reserve location in Simcoe area! Tried the Reserve coffee, it was good, service was friendly and... efficient. The only downside is unable to redeem Starbucks points here because it is an independent location. Large parking lotcan accommodate tour busses. Read more

Unfortunately the blond teenage staff member making drinks today was exceptionally rude? I never post negative reviews but the... level of rudeness she displayed towards me and then my husband was awful and disgusting and I hope it gets addressed. We werepleasant and polite. She made an error when making my drink (didn?t make it dairy free for my allergy) and when I politelypointed that out to her, she was beyond rude. I?ve never had a negative experience at Starbucks before. This experience todaywas the worst customer services I?ve ever experienced. Read more
