I don?t know who runs this place but only one lane open and one order at a time and order not taken until other customer has... left. Must be one person working? also 24 hours? That?s funny it?s always closed at night. Lesson learned stop in Barrie beforecoming home for McDonald?s that?s actually 24 hrs!!! Read more

Not open 24 hours maybe 2 days of the week they stay open till 3. Got here on a Friday night at that and the manager walked out... walked out right at 12 said they are not open and hes the only one there as he left we saw more than one employee. 24hours eh?talk about false advertising considering it says it right on every corner of the building! What a disappointment. Maybe changeyour business hours. Read more

I usually don't complain about McDonald's, I understand it's summer time and the resturants are busy. But seriously... I had... paid for 20 nuggets and got 15 plus a quarter bun & a slice of cheese. Maybe the staff thought it would be funny. Notcool. Otherwise counter staff were friendly, service was fast. SUNDAY AUGUST 14TH, 7:10PM. Was when I ordered my food instore. Read more

Went in and ordered 6 meals and when we got our meals we were missing 2 happy meals and a medium fry. I went back twice to get... the rest of the order and the person who filled the order was not nice. When I told her that I didn?t get my happy meals. Shesaid oh that?s probably why there?s an empty box here. So she gave me my happy meal. Then I had to go back because we are stillmissing the rest of our order. She started claiming to everyone that there?s no way she would have made that much of an error onan order. I told her here?s the receipt and the foods in the table. To go and check. I wasn?t trying to get anything for freejust the food I paid for. She kept on referencing that she didn?t make a mistake. Another associate came up and I told her whatwas happening while the other worker was loud and still ranting that there?s no way she made that big of an error. I was nothappy at all. The other associate asked me what was missing and finished filling the order. She also gave me an extra fry whichI told I didn?t want. Just the food I had ordered. They toke four orders in one line and we were still waiting for someone to answer and take our order.This happens every time. And when I explained what was happening to the employe he didn't even apologize, instead he said "okayhow can I take you order?". So rude. Midnight on a Friday night tonight, lights off, drive-through blocked with trash cans. This has happened so many timesin the last year to change a 5-star quality rating to a 2-star annoyance for wasting time, gas, and still being hungry gettingoff work at midnight looking for the once place in town that claims to be open 24 hours a day. Took 20 min just to order then when we did order and finally go to window to pay saw 3 employees just standing round doing... nothing except having fun talk with each other. After receiving our order it was wrong there was no onions when ordered extraonion. And 2 of our happy meals didn't have yogurt. Read more
