Everytime we order we are always missing something from our bag. Or when we order a bucket a of chicken we aren't getting the... correct pieces. I'm sorry but a chicken doesn't have 4 drums. Or 5 wings. We call and we get told we will get a credit. It neverhappened. We like our KFC chicken. But is it worth the price everytime we go we don't get everything. Read more
Horrible experience. We order two sandwich boxes and they missed some stuff so my bf went in to show them and they screamed at... him saying they put it in and three of the people refused to help and literally yelled at him. The women at cash said to givehim the stuff and they refused once?s again. We eventually got the stuff we payed for that they missed, but we were screamed atand treated horribly. I believe that after years of complaints of the quality that it improved in several ways like getting orders right, bettermanager and shorter wait times.
