The woman in the back cooking burgers was so awful to the other employees! It's unbelievable how rude she was while they're... rushing around. They're clearly understaffed. Why not be patient with the kiddos? Food was ok. Too many flies everywhere andthere's an ant nest on the walls. Read more
First, why is there a sign that says "drive thru open" then you get to the drive thru and there is a trash can blocking the... entrance so you can't get in. Makes perfect sense! My husband and I went into the store to order, we ordered and weren't givenreceipts. They pointed that out sandwiches were ready and we told them what we wanted on them. My husband said there's supposeto be bacon on his burger, instead of asking what his order was they tell him he didn't pay for bacon. So they put his toppingson then point at me to grab my burger and tell them what I want on it. Turns out what we thought was our was another couplesorder. The person putting the toppings on was shaking their head and clearly angry we didn't say anything. I was the one whoasked the couple beside us if it was their order. Just ridiculous service. No thank yous or anything. Never going back hereagain, awful experience. Flies all over the place too, just gross and wouldn't recommend. Everyone there is upset and they'reextremely understaffed. If you don't have enough staff and everyone is overworked don't open the doors. Read more
We were here on August 20/22. We were served by Robin, who greeted us and was very friendly. She was quick taking and reading... back the order. Checking for scene card and ringing the order. Over all experience including food was great. Read more
A go to location with good, well-made Harvey's food. I have visited this location and have always been met with a nice smile and... courteous service. A big thank you to cashier Robin for assisting me with two Ultimate Dining cards towards my bill. I'll beback. I recommend the classic poutine - made right with cheese curds. Thanks Harvey's! Excellent chicken bacon ranch poutine smothered in gravy! First time going here as an American visiting Ontario and was... satisfied with my overall experience. I ordered the regular size and it was a bit too much for one serving. Highly recommend toanyone who hasn't tried poutine! Never seen any Harvey's in the States before. Read more

If I could give a no star i would. Tonight has been the worst experience i have ever had. I ordered online about an hour and a... half before they close their delivery and two hours before the restaurant itself closes. We received our order thrown in the bagwith no care at all, missing items, and food half cooked and freezing cold. When we called the restaurant to tell them about itthey did not care at all about what we got and was extremely rude. I have not been so angry about anything more. Read more
This location has a serious staffing issue. MANY times I have frequented this restaurant only to get excuses about them being... short staffed. Is this a management problem or do employees just don't care anymore? I always order using the app. On a previousvisit I was in the drive thru about to pull up to the window when all the lights turned off. I was handed my food and told thatthey were closing early as they were short staffed. Clearly this is a chronic problem at this location. I guess what I am tryingto say here is that you should be prepared to wait for your order. The staff who ARE there really do work hard to serve you andthey should get all the credit. As for the food... I can't complain. Always hot and made exactly how I want it. The food isalways handed to me with a smile.
