Wow, either this place has gone downhill recently or they had their D team working tonight. Terrible customer service. They... didn't acknowledge my existence until I spoke up after waiting 17 minutes after I pre-ordered my burrito (pre-order was also 20minutes later than the later estimated time). After 3 minutes of what looked like my order was packaged and placed on the line,I spoke up and it was in fact mine. Burrito was loose and wrapped poorly while also having the ingredients in the center cold.It sucks because my previous few visits were stellar a few months ago. Read more
