We looked at the reviews before coming here and decided to give it a try. Our experience wasn't great and we were left... disappointed. The service was all over the place, we ordered the calamari and it was the first time ever that we had to refuse adish as it was rubbery and wasn't fresh. The pizza wasn't anything special, lacking flavor and variety and also had nodifference to a normal pizza seeing as it was supposed to be wood oven baked. Also, the restaurant itself needs a littleclean-up as there are spider webs at every corner. I think you can find a better dining experience elsewhere. Read more
Generous portions, friendly staff. Pizza was ok, but finding a cooked hair in it wasn’t so great. I noticed the pizza guy... wasn’t wearing a hairnet - not sure if this according to health regulations. I’ll try elsewhere for tomorrow night’sdinner. Read more
Great place!! Every establishment is having a rough time right now to hire staff. This place is doing everything to prepare... guests for a potential wait as they navigate a difficult time and make their customers happy. From our experience , the food isexcellent and the staff are working feverishly to accommodate all customers. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. Lovely tosee the wood fired oven where pizza is made. I ordered the veal limone and it was delicious! Authentic flavours and textures,tender veal with a perfect flavour. My husband and daughter ordered pizza which was delicious as well! An authentic Italianpizza, thin crust with fresh toppings. In every way this establishment is working very hard and it shows. We did not find thatthe wait for our food was any longer than other local establishments. We enjoyed the food, service and friendly smiles from thestaff despite the stress they must be under. The food was delicious. The sangria was mixed with too many other ingredients however. A pint of beer at 11$ is not something... cheap. Overall, it's a good destination for tourists, but a full course meal for 4 people will cost about 200$. Read more
We are at Orford for the weekend and we were looking for a pizza. This was actually our second choice but! We happily... surprised. Staff was very friendly, from the get go very nice, ready to help, they even turn on the patio heater while we waiton for out pizzas. And, yes the pizzas were so yummy! Very recommended! Read more
