I did an Uber eats order from this location for a Caesar salad with added bacon. They didn?t add the bacon and a lot of the... lettuce was wilted/rotted. Included a picture of the lettuce I picked out partway through and at the end. I?ve never had aproblem with Wendy?s salads and this is gross. They got the drink right though ? Read more
Rapunzel was awesome! She was the only employee who wore gloves and changes them. While I waited for my food, I saw how she made... the burgers, changed her glove, then proceeded to the fry station. This is how fast food should be. Clean with food quality andfast with customer service. Even how she worked, it was faster than the night manager. I mean, I waited 25 minutes until shewho was making burgers notice the long wait and had to jump in on different positions to help. Would come back if she only doesmy entire order. They did an amazing job. It was extremely busy when I came in but they were still able to get my food out to me relatively... quickly and it tasted amazing. I think the only thing that I think they can improve consistency. I ordered a cookie and didn'tget it and only realized after I left. Other then that the place is amazing Read more
This used to be the best location near me so I would sometimes skip closer ones for a better experience but that is no longer... the case. Recently every time I come here they get something incorrect in my order which is usually fine but tonight I stoppedhere on the way home and had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. When I got in line there wasanother car in front of me and him and who I'm pretty sure was the manager were having a conversation and then he motioned andthe other car flipped around and got behind me which I thought was weird, then I paid and they started handing me food and Ilooked inside and it wasn't what I ordered and they didn't get my frosty so I waited for someone to come back and they were alljust staring at me and then moved out of view of the window, I waited a little longer and they didn't ever come to ask if I hada question or was missing anything so I just left with the wrong food and went to another Wendy's location to get a frosty. Went to this place. Order over 40 bucks in food. Everything started out like a poorly ran fast food experience fries were so... hard and over cooked. Then the Baconator my husband got bit into something hard. The drink station also was nasty and had notbeen cleaned and only had 2 maybe 3 options the rest was out of service. Place is very poorly managed. Employee is good, dine in isn?t available, doors are locked and can?t even walk in to pick up your... order. Needs to be updated on here, but just poor management here and not that great. Food is okay, however it was cold :/ otherplaces close are better, like McDonalds. Other Wendy?s are also better than this one. Read more
Soda was flat, table was a teeter totter, however, food was decent, service amazing. Very impressive subway tile design in the... kitchen, however cleanliness standards are not up to par. I felt multiple flies land on my hair while I was ordering. Read more
Wow! That pretzel pub chicken samdwich was great! The counter girl (forgot her name but she was awesome) even gave me lettuce... to add. Lettuce is as important as the bread for me! They worked super efficiently to make my lunch and it was delicious. Askfor Ghost Pepper Ranch for your fries! It's way better than ketchup and has less sugar (I think). Thanks Wendy's South Provo.
