I never leave reviews but I?m shocked by their customer service. Obviously the product is good but? We arrived before it closed... and waited in line(we were the last in line.) They took the orders of those in front of us, but stopped one before us. When Iworked at businesses like this, we closed after the last customer, even if it is a minute or two after the closing time. I?m usually not one to leave reviews but I am blown away by the service I just had. The drinks were great but the staff was... horrible. I came about 10 minutes before they closed and the girl at the window was not friendly at all. As soon as she took myorder she turned to her coworkers and said ?can someone hurry up and make these drinks so we can go home?. Hearing her say thatout loud in front of me made me feel like I was a burden to them by being there. It left such a bad impression. Read more
So the staff are really friendly but while I was waiting, I did notice a lot of flies and a dead cockroach in the seating area.... So maybe don't go to this location? Read more
Although I do enjoy an occasional Swig here and there, but this location is the worst! The drive through line ALWAYS blocks the... traffic in that parking lot, making it a nightmare to get in or get out of there... there are only two lanes to enter/exit andat least one of them is almost constantly blocked by the Swig drive through during weekends/rush hours... fix it! We have visited this Swig on the daily since it opened. So What I say next is based on hundreds of visits and orders. This... location has gone down hill over the last year. The typical wait in line to get your drink is 20 minutes regardless of how manypeople are working. We have been there when 2 or 12 are working and nothing ever seems to go quick. The drinks are great butthey really need to step up the game. The experience is a reflection on not just the store management but also the areamanagers. The employees are great but you can tell they are worn down. Read more

I really love their Waikiki which is coke + pineapple + coconut cream! I have the option of making it Diet Coke too! I?m... interested in trying Life?s A Peach but might have to sub Dr Pepper for another soda. This is a new location so of course newlocations are pristine! It?s located in the vineyard hub of entertainment plaza, where the Megaplex Theaters are, Brooker?s Icecream, Chubby?s, and Umami Japanese BBQ. I had the wonderful pleasure of getting serviced by Bailie, who was standing next tothe stand up menu as I pulled up. I asked her for recommendations and she gave her favorites. I tried their ?Life?s A Peach?and swapped the Dr. Pepper for Diet Coke, and also swapped the vanilla flavor for vanilla cream. So it tasted like Vanilla DietCoke. Also tried their chocolate chip cookie - which was given to me pretty cold, therefore I?m assuming it was from the fridgeor previously frozen. After thawing the cookie was pretty soft - not bad for a chocolate chip cookie! Read more
1 star due to management. The workers are standing outside taking orders during the snow storm tonight. It is freezing & snow is... literally blowing in their faces. I go to this swig several times a week & wish workers would be treated better. A speaker forordering is an option. Ordering at the window is another option. I won?t support a company that puts employees last. Read more
