I had some concerns while visiting this location today. I visited during lunch around 1pm. The staff were clearly dragging their... feet and very distracted. At least a couple employees appeared to be new, which is fine, but at least one has been around for along time. He was the most distracted out of everybody, actively using his phone while restocking the meats and veggies. Hewould pick up his phone, text, then use his hands immediately to touch the vegetables. He didn't change his gloves, wash hishands, or anything to clean himself when moving between using his phone and handling the food. At one point I saw *something*fall into his phone, and he then flicked it off his phone towards the food, where it landed inside one of the occupied foodbuckets. (Super gross). When it was finally my turn to order, the employee helping me actually stopped making my Sandwich tolook at another employees phone, laugh, and then grabbed a handful of the wrong vegetables to put in my sandwich. (I had askedfor tomatoes before he got distracted. after he looked at his friends phone for a while, he grabbed a handful of lettuce.Obviously distracted.) The guy who helped me last before the register was great. Attentive and thorough. When I finally got tothe register, again I dealt with an employee who clearly had their attention distracted by their employee peers. I went there tonight and nothing stocked...not even the plastic bags to put the sandwich in. I went a couple weeks ago and the... guy making the sandwich pulled out his phone, texted someone, then stuck his have right back in the vegetables without changinggloves. Phones are nasty, no one wants those germs all over their sandwich. Read more
I understand it was busy but they were taking the sandwich order all the way back to like 4 people behind me which lead to panic... making sandwiches and veggies and it is probably the worst sub sandwich I have ever had. It was needlessly stressful for mebecause I couldn't even see if all the veggies I ordered were even put on the sandwich. And the guy behind was on my backbecause everyone was trying to get veggies at the same time and there isn't enough room for that many people by the veggies.Like chill. Read more
I mobile ordered and after my pickup time passed I figured they were busy so I waited a bit longer. After a bit I asked them and... they said I had to write on my order I was on campus for it to be made otherwise they wait for someone to tell them about it.Then they said they were out of both types of the sandwiches I ordered.
