Just went in this morning to get a footlong steak and egg on flatbread. The kid making my sandwich gave me the typical amount of... steak. Not a lot, but enough to warrant it being called a steak and egg sandwich. His boss came in and dumped the meat out ofmy sandwich and yelled at the kid for putting too much meat in. She then put in the tiniest amount of steak and told me thatwas all I got. I walked out. Not paying for a steak and egg sandwich with no steak in it. Wish I could give a 0!! WORST customer service. They make the sandwiches VERY sloppy and aren't very kind. I asked for spinach... and they put lettuce. When I asked them to fix it they rolled their eyes and scoffed. I ordered the daily deal and they rang itup wrong. I hadn't even paid yet and when I asked them to fix it they said they couldn't because they already entered it. I alsoasked for them to toast the cheese before adding the meats and they looked at me like I had 2 heads! NEVER going back. I love subway. I have eaten at many Subways. The beautiful thing about the Subway franchise is you know what you are going to... get and the service you are going to get which is great. I have eaten at this specific location a few times after work. Myexperience has been great so far until today when I was served by the General Manager named Lola.I said I would like a foot longSpicy Italian. I would like it to be cut in half. She proceeded to prepare my sandwich and then handed it to the lady at theregister. She said to the lady that I got two 6 inch Spicy Italian sandwiches. I told her I got a foot long Spicy Italian.Needless to say this woman Lola told me that since I asked her to cut my sandwich in half that it was "company policy" that Ipay for two 6 inches. I don't know where I have been the last 10 years, but this has NEVER happened to me at Subway. I refutedher on it. She said that's too bad that is the rule. I'm super upset that I have to leave at least one star! This is the worst subway I've ever been to. The customer service is... always terrible and the workers always seem like they would rather be doing anything else other than taking your order. Thebread never tastes fresh and the meat tastes like it's been sitting out. Just take a look at the picture. You can see how drythe bread is. Would you eat that? My burrito was good and yummy but there was a HUGE issue with my friends sandwish. I was in line behind him and the guy making... the sadwishes asked if he wanted it toasted. It was a HOT SUMMER day and we did NOT want a HOT sandwich. My friend (Ethan)instantly said "Please do not toast my sandwich." The man went behind in the back bathroom with the sandwich in hand. Afterwardslooking hot and confused he asked again if we wanted it toasted. My friend again said no. He then continued to toast oursandwich in front of our eyes. We didn't no what to say or do. We just ended up freezing the sandwich for later. Wierd serviceand experience but will be going to subway 5 days a week like usual. Read more
Ordered today via mobile for a pickup order and saved it for lunch so I opened it an hour later and sadly tried to call the... restaurant because it was completely missing multiple items, I didn?t go during a busy time I did an online order that had apickup at 10:55. My sandwich was supposed to be toasted with red vinegar and oil as well as have ranch and extra pickles andparm ect. Did not come with any of those things I listed, so that?s a bummer for this pregnant lady. I tried to call therestaurant to see like oh maybe they were just out but they could have at least told me or i would have added a substitute forthe crunch anywho no one would answer, it?s an okay sandwich but definitely is missing some sauces ect since I get this quiteoften.
