Tried entering the store 5 minutes after they were supposed to be open and the door was locked. An employee was inside, saw me... and continued whatever prep he was doing. I waited another 10 minutes and still for was locked. I knocked and employee finallyunlocked the door and told me it was going to be another 20 minutes before he could help me since his staff had called off andhe had to cover a shift.
