The worst drinks I've ever gotten came from this Starbucks. My order that every other Starbucks gets right tastes like water... here... This Starbucks does not understand the assignment. Every time I come I think that maybe it was just a previous baristathat was bad but now? Every single time it?s bad and not worth it. I think her name was Ramona, but she has blue eyes, she was very sweet and when she didn?t know how to do some thing she went... and asked one of the other girls. She made sure to make iContact and was very polite. As somebody who works in the food industryyou really noticed things like that. And the other employees were sitting there talking about a customer that was complainingand they had annoyance in their voice. Convenient location just off of Geneva with consistently friendly and capable staff. Employees are always moving and working... hard from what I can see - They always take care to provide great customer service while still keeping the ball rolling with allthe other things they have to do. As a previous manager for a not-restaurant food place, I'm pretty impressed overall with theemployees and team productivity, under stress especially. Really a very pleasant experience when you visit, overall, and I planto visit much more often! This location does get busy and I expect that will only increase with more people out and about, andonly the outdoor seating is available as of April 2021 because of COVID precautions. But there's shade and low music which makesit enjoyable! One of the best experiences with a Starbucks I've ever had. Read more
3 cheers for the Vineyard Starbucks! Smaller, quieter, better seating, none of those horrible tall tables like the university... mall SB, just a really nice, comfortable feel. Could definitely use some little coffee tables by the fabulous lounge chairs!(and I?m not a fan of the chairs without backs) But the baristas were darling and the view from the patio is EXCEPTIONAL!
