This place is total garbage do not go waste your money at this place. Staff is very rude, and inattentive. Drinks taste awful.... It?s super watery, super sweet and I ordered 30% sugar. They didn?t listen to my request. The other drink we ordered tasted likeblack tea on skim milk. Do not dump your money into this trash can.\n\nUpdate: went back for a refund, the employee lied to meand said he processed it. He scrunched the receipt after processing the refund and threw it at me. I walked out of the storeand will NEVER ser foot on it again. I told all my family and friends and posted all over social media so that people don?tvisit this trashy location. Ordered a drink that tasted Rotten and they said that was normal.\nAsked for a replacement and they refused.\nLeft it on the... counter and walked away.\nAsk for a sample before ordering.\nDefinitely had some rotten fruit added to it.\nDo not recommendthis place due to bad management. Read more

I was pretty excited to see this place open up so we attended the grand opening and it was packed!\n\nThe line was out the door... but nevertheless, everyone was patient and happily waited their turn to get their boba orders in.\n\nWe got the classic milk teawith pearls and the fruit smoothies - they were pretty good and had no complaints here. What really made a great impression onme was, one of the managers (a sweet lady) saw that we were waiting for our order to be called, and half of my party was able tosit down and I was left standing - she took one of the chairs from another table that was not being used, and brought it over tome so I too can sit down. What an attentive staff!\n\nCustomer service goes a long way nowadays, and I will happily come backto this place, not just for the milk tea boba, but for the impression she left on me! Read more
