The staff knows me by name and order! They are so fast and friendly and the always get my order correctly! Even if I change it... up! I always receive sauce and napkins and silverware! Ordered 2 minis plates My plate was teriyaki chicken and katsu I shared a photo because your katsu looked and tasted like I was... eating fried chicken Your cook missed the memo on how to make Katsu cmon MoBettahs your chain is doing a horrible jobrepresenting island cooking The mac salad was so full of mayo there was no seasoning for taste. When I'm desperate to eat alocal plate I am not coming back here You can fool the white people but you can't fool the islanders who want to eat a goodlocal plate and you get fried chicken instead of katsu ???????? Usually good but the past 2 times I've asked for no Mac salad and the container had the Mac salad sauce all over the rice. Like... they scraped it out instead of using a new container. Edit : 4/19 Definitely not recommended for people with foodallergies. Went again and told them no Mac salad and this time they confirmed it with me but when I got my order it was there. Read more
This was a great place to dine. The atmosphere was fun, the service was friendly, and the prices were decent. I was a bit... shocked that I didn?t enjoy the food as much as I had hoped. They didn't even provide the food we ordered. Just veggies and rice, no chicken or beef whatsoever. Update: we called to see if... they wanted to make it better, the call went well and it sounded fine. Going in the store to get the missing items was"disappointing" (to put it mildly). We wanted to try something new, and the Hawaiian vibes of Ohana (means family? -- Lilo andStitch reference) seemed appropriate for today, but apparently Ohana means you can seriously disappoint new customers.
