Normally this is a good location but tonight the woman in the car two ahead of me and the woman working the pick up window knew... each other and were just chatting it up. No food exchanging hands. Finally the woman in the car says ? do you want me to pullup? and the girl at the window says no. So we all just got to sit there while these two fiends reminisced. Not cool. Read more
Went in for breakfast and used the table service from the kiosk. Kiosk didn't print a receit and the manager just sat talking... the whole time. Then yelled out our order number in Spanish. Took me like 5 minutes to realize that was even our order becauseit was supposed to be brought to the table and it was a different number yelled out than our little order stand on the table.But the food was great! Decent enough, no terrible experiences here but they fairly regularly give me cheeseburgers when I ask for hamburgers... specifically. Even if I ask at the window if they gave me hamburgers and they say yes, it'll often times be a cheeseburger whenI open it to check. Super annoying, but only problem I have there, food is exactly what you would expect from mcdonalds. Read more
They are still more geared toward drive through, so in store orders are more tedious for them, because for the last 2 years they... haven't had to deal with the public in the lobby really. I could feel the " why didn't you go through the drive through"attitude, but the food was fairly quick and I was able to fill my own drink. Read more
Manager is an absolute disgrace to customer service. They messed up our order (missing a small fry THAT?S IT) and when we... pointed it out in the drive through they told us we needed to go inside and order from the counter, we asked if she could justring it up and we would pay there at the window. She smiled sarcastically and told us to go through the drive through line againor order inside, we explained how they rang us up for it properly and then it somehow got removed (display on the interactivemenu was accurate) but she just said, ?either go back through the line or come inside or you won?t get your food? Why? Justring us up and fix your mistake instead of making your customers jump through hoops. Read more
I went in today around 9:00 am for a iced caramel mocha and that?s really all I wanted and they said they don?t have that rn i... went in about a week ago and same thing I don?t go in to get any food there because I don?t like there food and for the past twoweeks they have been out of my favorite coffee and I don?t think they are gonna get it fixed anytime soon. And I also said oh okand said never mind I?ll just go somewhere else so I drive up the street to a different McDonald?s and they said the same thing.McDonald?s has Lost a customer today for not having the simplest thing. I was just threatened with physical harm by Oscar, the manager. I ordered a cone for my toddler and it was free due to points.... The regular employees were very friendly and were going to give it to me but Oscar came up and yelled at them not to. He saidtwo or three times "his card didn't go through," and told me I needed to leave. His employees showed him that it was free and hejust kept repeating that the card didn't go through. I showed him the order and showed that it was free, and he told me off. Itold him not to talk to me that way and he looked inside my car and said, "You have a kid in your car. You wanna startsomething? Let's go outside!" I drive off so he wouldn't hurt me or my daughter and he continued yelling at me as I left. Read more
