What?s the point of giving the option to customize an order if you don?t actually get to customize it. I did an online order and... put no cucumber or tomatoes because my wife is allergic and they put both of those on and didn?t add anything we asked for. Wehad to throw it away because it was contaminated and I?m not risking my wife getting sick. What a waste of $17 for the giantsub. They even left tomatoes on mine so she couldn?t even share with me. Again, wouldn?t order from them again because theycan?t seem to follow instructions.i really wanted to have a good experience and it really let me down. Read more

SUPER DISAPPOINTED! This place is the worst and the service quality is a shame! I ordered 2 VERY BASIC sandwiches + ranch... dressing tonight via Doordash at 9:50 and the estimated delivery was 10:08, which is reasonable given that I live 3 minutes awayfrom this store. My order was delivered at 10:50 in the garden of our apartment!!!! this is not all.. they charged me for theranch dressing but I didn't get any! Freaky slow delivery and incorrect order. We were staying just 9 blocks from the store. When we finished our order over the... phone, we pre-tipped $10 and were told that our order would ?be over in a minute.? When I called after 50 minutes, they told meit was out for delivery, and would be there soon. I waited another 20 minutes without anyone arriving. I called again to letthem know I would be coming to pick up my order and wanted my delivery fee and tip refunded. I was informed of how busy it hadbeen today and that they had made 3 times as much money as they normally do. This was good for them, but bad for me. In defenseof the teenager telling me this information, she did say she was sorry our delivery was taking so long. The delivery arrived inthe next 5 minutes. It took an hour and 15 minutes for our food to be delivered. Upon reviewing the order inside, the receipthad the correct sandwiches listed, but some of the sandwiches in the box were incorrect. Overall, it was a poor experience. Isympathize with short handed fast food establishments, busier than expected nights, and teenage staff, but I also think it wouldbe fair to expect Jimmy John?s to communicate an estimated delivery time, so I?m aware of what my wait will be when ordering andnot disillusioned that it will be ?freaky fast?, or correct for that matter. My son and I both very much enjoyed our sandwiches. He had the Pepe and I had a roast beef that I added turkey and ham to so... that it would be a club. I had an original and he had a slim. These were on French bread. I love how you can customize yoursandwich (we both ordered on the app). The curbside delivery was really slow. I actually had to call them to get them to bringit out. But they were very busy in their defense. Read more
Hoping I can help boost the low reviews. This store has the least amount of workers I?ve ever seen in a business and has the... workers working almost 50+ Hours a week and they really try their best. They got made a mistake on my order and ended up getting both my wife?s and my order wrong, I just asked if they could add my... desired freebies and they offered to remake both of our sandwiches for free of course. Sure, the new person made a mistake butthe team made up for it. Read more
