What?s the point of giving the option to customize an order if you don?t actually get to customize it. I did an online order and... put no cucumber or tomatoes because my wife is allergic and they put both of those on and didn?t add anything we asked for. Wehad to throw it away because it was contaminated and I?m not risking my wife getting sick. What a waste of $17 for the giantsub. They even left tomatoes on mine so she couldn?t even share with me. SUPER DISAPPOINTED! This place is the worst and the service quality is a shame! I ordered 2 VERY BASIC sandwiches + ranch... dressing tonight via Doordash at 9:50 and the estimated delivery was 10:08, which is reasonable given that I live 3 minutes awayfrom this store. My order was delivered at 10:50 in the garden of our apartment!!!! this is not all.. they charged me for theranch dressing but I didn't get any!
