The line was long but well organized. Jayden was extremely polite and patient with customers. I will say I did wait in line for... an extended period and when I got home my order was incorrect I ask for no tomatoes and no onions and when I open the bag to eatmy cheeseburger the onions and tomato were on the burger. I wasn't impressed. They were fast, which wad nice, but heir food wasn't anything to brag about. I've had better fries... elsewhere, these weren't crispy or super hot. The hamburger looked nice but didn't impressed me. They're clean and efficient butnot the best taste. Read more

Reliable In-N-Out experience. Lines moved quick despite the crowds. Employees were kind and helpful. Burgers were great as... usual. The temperature was spot on and they were juicy. The shoe string fries, while not my favorite, pleased the fry lovers inthe group. A strawberry shake was part of the order and didn?t disappoint. Very busy location. First time at this chain in 18 years, and only my 2nd time ever. The first time I was in North California. They do not have... them where I live. The price for all items is very resonable.. The food was pretty good (I've had better - I've also had MUCHMUCH worse.) The service was VERY friendly, fast and accurate. The dinning area (and bathroom) was extremely clean and wellkept. A good all around place for the classic American burger, fries, and shake. It?s popular which makes it usually a long wait so... beware of you are low on time. 5-Stars is for Cooper though. He helped us in the drive through and was just a very chill guywhich we appreciated. Give him a raise! Read more
