Always tasty, but there were no tables inside and only 1 outside. Luckily it was available.
Bagels were so so at this location but the customer service was definitely lacking. our order was messed up we got an order of... 13 bagels and asked for four of them to be cut and toasted, they cut and toasted 10 of them not sure how that message got lostwe were the first customers of the day and I was pretty clear on what to cut and toast. So I took the bagels back up to thecounter informed them of the error and they said they would take care of it. Meanwhile I was eating outside where they couldclearly see me and I figured they would prepare the new bagels and bring them out to me at the table since there was literallyno other customers in the store. But no, I had to make the effort and head back inside where they had the bagels waiting for meat the counter. Is it too much to ask for in this day and age to ask the rising generation to make a little extra effortespecially since they goofed up on the order, the least they could do is bring the right order out to me so I don?t have to beinterrupted while I was eating my other bagels. I feel bad leaving a one star review because Lonni is great but the lady that was bossing her around this morning is not. I've... been ordering 8-10 sandwiches on the app every week for months now at a few different stores. This is the first time I've had towait 20 minutes after the pickup time and the lady making the sandwiches was ticked that I hadn't placed a catering order. Iplaced the order more than an hour ahead of when I wanted to pick it up. Unfortunately the system doesn't print the order until15 minutes before the pick up time. This is no excuse for poor customer service. I'm not sure if we'll order at this locationagain. Read more
we got a large catering order from Einsteins and they really did a great job! the bagels tasted great (our favorite is the... asiago cheese) and the schmears were excellent. we really liked how easy it was to order with them and schedule the pickup. Read more
Loved this place for many years. Delicious bagels, smear, and sandwiches. Very friendly service and lots of options. No... complaints. They are currently (end of 2021) running out of a few things and don?t have certain items available due to shortsupply, but it wasn?t too bad. Definitely give it a shot if you haven?t tried it yet! First time at this bagel shop! What drew me in was getting an email offer for a bagelrito + drink for $5. Since one of my... foodie instagrammers raved about it, I had to see for myself. Bagelrito = eggs, turkey sausage, cheese, hash browns, salsa,green chiles in a flour tortilla, wrapped in an Asiago bagel. It was a pretty good size amount of burrito packed with protein. The price was pretty good for it too, having it come with a medium sized drink. Bagelrito wasn?t impressive in my opinion, andit?s not something I will order again. Since I was in there, I also ordered half a dozen bagels (six bagels) that cost about $7- which was a bit steep for me. I ordered blueberry, Asiago, French toast, and pretzel. I was really surprised that theblueberry was not good at all - I?ve had a lot better buying the Sara Lee bagels bag. However, their French toast bagel wasexcellent and will prob come back because of it. On Mondays before 11am, they have a promo for a dozen bagels for $7 - which isa great deal.
