Yesterday we ate here. The hamburgers were cold and bloody looking. We asked the lady at the counter to give us fresh fries. I... told them they were cold and not fresh. I took one and ask her to touch it. She refused and refuse to give us fresh friesbecause I had touched one. Read more

Horrible food. Dried out impossible burger literally was hard to even swallow. Overpriced too. I could've gone to a nice sit... down restaurant for the same amount of money spent. LOCATION - 5 Located on the busy State Street not too far from University Parkway is an ideal location,especially considering that there is no McDonalds in sight which has to be great for them. ???? PRICE - 5 It's a fast foodrestaurant that has rather competitive prices, so the prices are reasonable, not Taco Bell cheap but cheap enough. ????????PRODUCT/SERVICE - 3 This was one category I wasn't impressed with. I bought the Big King XL, which is kind of like a knock-offof the Big Mac, but tons better. I was disappointed with the salad they used. It looked like it was a touch on the soggy side,with a bit browning on the edge of some of the salad. ???? POINTERS/PERKS - N/A The Burger King app is a bit of a perk assometimes you can get in on promotional offers. Sometimes mailers go out with reasonable coupons as well. Other than that, Ican't really think of anything. ????????? EMPLOYEES - 4 The employees were another factor that could have been better. I saw acustomer come in (as I waited on my own food), waiting to be served. LOCATION - 4 This Burger King has a pretty decent location along the busy State Street, easy to accessif you're going northbound, but if you're going southbound it can become complicated depending on traffic. ???? PRICE - 4 Mostthe burgers and other accessories are rather reasonably priced.
