I ordered my burger and then ran to a store for what I thought would be a quick stop. It ended up taking about 15 minutes by the... time I got back. Even though I was gone for a bit, they kept the burger warm, and amazingly the bun wasn?t soggy! Superfriendly, very appreciative of my business. Nice burger joint in the food court of the university mall. Kind of speedy, but your taste buds will thank you for the delicious... surprise! Personal suggestion, get the famous Bunz pastrami burger. This sorry piece of meat and salad and bacon was $12.50 and didn?t even come with fries when it was clearly in the combo menu.... Everything else that was cheaper with buns came with fries and more food. Makes no sense. They gave me a drink but didn?t wantto give me fries?? Really bad customer service. We heard about how good this place is so we had to give it a try. My first impression was that the customer service is... impeccable. The food itself was terrific! I have never had a burger quite like this before. It's simple but very flavorful, andthe bun was unique. The fries and their special fry sauce also deserve a shout out; the fry sauce has a very low grade spicinessto it that is really enjoyable. In the world of burgers it's very hard to stand out, but I think Bunz Gourmet definitely pullsthis off. I will remember my experience here, recommend it to others, and I'll definitely be back.
