They have new skillets at Applebee?s. I tried the grilled chicken with shrimp scampi on top of mashed potatoes with a side of... grilled broccoli. The dish was incredible. I know I wasn?t that hungry so the food must?ve been great because I finish the wholeplate! ???? I think they have a good chef there on Thursday nights. Also, Morgan, one of the waiters at the bar, was veryattentive and hooked me up with whatever I needed. ???? The Bluemoon (tap beer) tasted very fresh. John, the manager, is veryfriendly and likes to have a good time at the restaurant. Him and Morgan, along with the rest of the staff, make the customersfeel very welcomed like you were at home. I really enjoy being there. I highly recommend this place if you?re in the Provo/Oremarea. Keep up the good work guys! Read more
Morgan is an awful server. He is not accommodating to any modifications you want to your meal. His rude attitude turned me off... from even wanting to get food. However, I come in every week to eat here late evenings and I sincerely love John the manager.He's always positive and makes us feel welcome. John will go out of his way to check up on you and will always do whatever ittakes to make sure you're a satisfied guest. Service aside... I went in today for lunch, we had a member of our party that was having a really bad sugar low and from the moment we walked... through the door, the staff took awesome care of us. All of them from the host to our waitress and other staff members walkingaround. Our waited waitress was Mariella Martinez and she was so caring and friendly. They got the member of our group somecrackers and a bread stick quickly to help with her sugar low and a sprite. Plus on top of that we ordered hamburgers that wereabsolutely delicious. we went with my daughter. It was our last dinner before returning from our vacation to Argentina. We had a little "problem"... with our order that made it very late to receive the food. the local manager came to apologize and offered us an appetizer anddessert. Managers like this really understand the "business" of customer service. I will definitely return to this place, notbecause they gave us something for free, but because they care about the customer experience. before leaving I approached John,the manager, to congratulate him. Excellent service. I am a vegetarian and wasn't sure what I could eat. Our wait person got the manager, John, who was super... helpful. he had the chef prepare a pasta dish with veggies. Yummy. I was so happy and grateful. Three cheers for thehardworking staff. Read more
I have been eating food for 28 years and the guy named Morgan is the rudest waiter I have ever had. My quiet husband told him if... he hated his job so much to quit and go somewhere else. The manager came and took over our table after my husband informed himon how rude Morgan was being. Also waited 25 min after being seated to receive our drinks we ordered and food was gross, orderedhoney chicken pasta and as you can see in the picture it was worse than it looks. The food we ordered was a little spicy for my husband and we let them know. The amazing manager immediately fixed it offering a... different menu item.
