Standard Wendy's. For some reason they always mess up the order though. Last time, it was in my favor and i got 2 orders of... nuggets for free. Time before they forgot a burger. I just know to check the bag now before leaving the drive though window. Read more
Couldn't even order. Online says drive through is open until midnight. Big sign in the window says drive through open until... midnight. Guess 11:15 pm is midnight. Everything was off for placing an order. There were workers inside. Read more
Wendys is Wendys its fast food! I have no complaints about the food just the rude kids that work there a couple are very nice... but others won't look at u or say anything just shove the food and drinks out the window at you without a word. What happened torespect or good customer service? When I was a teen working my first job I would ha been fired on the spot for this behavior!!The most you get is yup yup in the bag when u ask for something like a dam ranch package or a straw. Can't rate any higher than a 2 due to the dining room never being open. I do not have a car and therefore find it unsafe to go... through the drive thru. I literally cannot eat here most of the time because I'm not able to go inside. Read more
I really just wanted a strawberry Frosty, but ended up ordering a Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. My husband ordered a Bourbon Burger... and fries. ALL OF IT WAS DELICIOUS! The fries were hot and salty; the frosty was a strawberry treat! And the salad?oh the salad!Plenty of chicken, apples, cran-raisins, pecans and bleu cheese. Best fast food salad I?ve EVER had. Came for dinner ????, drive through was busy but moving and the restaurant was open and they also have outdoor seating. The... restaurant was not busy and seemed clean and all tables are open. Service was great, our orders were accurate and good. Locatedon Molalla Avenue right across from Safeway. Like most every businesses during these times they are hiring!!!???? Read more
I have never considered leaving a review for a fast food restaurant. It's a 50/50 chance that you'll have good food, good... service, etc, due to many factors. But let me tell you about this Wendy's tonight -- I had a rough day at work and was on myway home late, really wanting an easy meal instead of cooking. So I pull in line at the Wendy's. As per usual at this location,there's a long line of cars and a long wait during prime rush hour dinner time. I wait in line for about 20 mins before beingable to place my order. Wait another 5-10 mins to get to the window. They tell me my total and I reach for my wallet. Except itisn't in my purse. I slowly start to panic as I realize I have lost my wallet. I ask the cashier if they take tap pay - he saysyes so I go to pull up the app I use on my phone. Except for some reason my profile isn't saved so I can't use it. As a lastditch effort I ask if they can just manually enter my card info because I have a pic of my card. He leaves the window to checkwith a coworker and is gone for quite a while. I begin to consider just driving away because I know I'm holding up the line andI'm getting closer to being sure they CAN'T manually enter my card. Just as I'm about to leave the coworker/manager comes backto the window and says they can't do that but they've just comped my meal and he hands me my food. I'm stunned and say thank youand of course he says you're welcome and as I drive away I burst into tears. I am an overly anxious human when it comes tosocial interactions and I am still processing this event. THANK YOU TO WHOEVER WORKED THE WINDOW ON 12/6/22 AT 6:30PM.
