Their website had no way to order for a future time so I had to place a second order and specify in the ?special instructions?... to please wait to make the previous order. They still ended up making my order over an hour before my pickup so most of my subswere cold and had soaked through their wrapping paper. Very disappointed in service. Read more
Went in to get a turkey footlong today at 12:30pm.A young man helped me and after he layed on the turkey, he laid down a few... pieces of cheese when Im used to getting more from other subway. He proceeded to lay down five pieces of spinach when I finallytold him that he is really skimping on proportions. He put on half maynlonase and told me hes out of mustard. I noticed theyremore expensive than other Subways and pretty much give you a skimp thin sandwich. Avoid this place at all costs and go to otherfast food joints. Read more
Subway is changing for the better. New selections mean more choices, and so far they still offer the old menu if that's your... preference. Personally, I had truly grown tired of the previous menu, so this means perhaps Subway is becoming an option for meagain. Read more
Usually pretty good when we come here. But on 8/12/2022 my boyfriend and I came in for dinner at around 8:30. There were two... young girls working. The taller girl with glasses just talked way too much about random things and really didn?t focus on makingour sandwiches. She interrupted me multiple times to talk about her ?white boots that are getting so dirty at work?. And then myboyfriend goes to put the veggies on his sandwich and she totally botched it because she just wasn?t listening and kepttalking. He wanted Olives, banana pepper, oil and vinegar, and salt&pepper. SHE LITERALLY ONLY PUT PARMESAN CHEESE on hissandwich!! Last two times I have been here the same thing happened. When I was next in line an online order came in. Now I sit and watch as... both the people behind the counter make 4 sandwiches and ignore me. First time I asked to order and was informed that the onlineorder of 5 sandwiches needed to be completed first. The second time I asked for the contact information of the owner. They askedwhy. I told them that I wanted to make a complaint. They told me to go online to the subway website and complain there. It'sunfortunate as this was my favorite location...but if they are going to make no effort to serve a customer in front of them sothey can have all their effort put into an online order, I am not going to seek out that experience. Review 1;i tried to go at 9:30pm; got told they were closed due to understaffing. Updated: Review 2; I go here quite a lot,... there's a fair wait most of the time being a couple minutes probably up to 20 if it's peak, and you're a walk in. The lemonadein the machine hasn't been quite right, and the speaker in the lobby is blaring static at the same time as music, notrecommended if you have a headache.
