We came here around a month ago or so for some lunch. They forgot an entire pie we ordered (20$) and some other items. Tried... emailing and calling them and they never got back to us. Awful service. Breakfast for dinner Waitress forgot part of the food. Fresh were cold. Toast was covered in jam due to... spillage and she was gonna make toast and never came back. These people should be teaching a "This is Customer Service" class. I walk in and a voice from somewhere immediately says... "Welcome to Shari's, be right there". The staff were doing multiple jobs a piece because other staff keep not showing up. I liveMUCH closer to another Shari's, but I come here! Short-staffed or not, you'll always have a hot cup of coffee or cold beveragerefilled, and instant responses to questions asked or needs met. This is how things used to be everywhere. Read more
Stopped by with a friend about 9PM. We ordered two loaded baked potatoes and a slice of pie. After about 49 minutes the... potatoes arrived. About the size of a Roma tomatoes, skins hard as a rock, stone cold, with about a half teaspoon of sour creamand a sprinkle of bacon. My wife and I have been going to Oregon City Shari's for 7 years now. Tonight was the worst service we have ever had. We both... got the turkey dinner. When we got our food everything was cold. It took 10 minutes to flag down our server to let her know ourfood was a little cold. I asked for some more gravy to heat up the stuffing and mashed potatoes. She brought a dish of gravy.But, guess what. The gravy was cold. So we decided we were going to get togo containers and reheat it at home. We tried to flagdown our server but could not get her attention. She never checked to see how things were. We tried to flag down another server.But, couldn't get anyone to stop and give us out togo containers. Finally my wife yelled at a passing by server. She brought usour containers. Then we sat there for another 15 minutes for our check. Finally we decided tho go to the front to pay becouse wewanted to get a piece of pie. And we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for the pie. Will we go back? Yes. We just wanted tobe acknowledged that our food was cold. The butter wouldn't melt on the veggies.
