I ordered one bootlegger club with light mayo, no lettuce, and no tomato. I received a bootlegger with what seemed to be extra... lettuce (in pretty poor shape), lots of mayo, and tomatoes. The meat also had a residue on it, that was brown in color. I triedto give the benefit of thr doubt on that - but the quality of the sandwich in general was just "meh" at best. I also ordered oneof the little John's and while I was expecting it to be smaller, I guess I just didn't realize it would literally be one singleslice of meat for the whole sandwich, and a sad slice at that. ???????? Anyway, the service was subpar, it was very quiet andawkward. One employee who was cleaning the lobby did greet me and seemed friendly enough, but everyone else just seemed likethey wanted the day to be over. The whole thing wasn't a huge deal, but it's enough that I likely won't be going back and I tookthe time to share my feedback here. Also, no need to reach out to try to rectify the situation - when I went looking for myreceipt to fill out my survey, I realized the employee never even managed to ring me up for my online order, during the 5minutes I waited in the lobby. Perhaps they assumed they'd probably mess up the order somehow and proactively comped the meal..??????????????? Nevertheless, even the free meal is not enough to get me to go back, unfortunately. Huge bummer! Y'all narrowed your delivery radius and we can longer order as an office because you won't deliver to us. We're... 1.4 miles (4 minutes) from the store and have been ordering delivery since you opened. Looks like we'll be hitting the foodcarts since we have to collect the food anyways. Read more

I ordered Jimmy John's Zesty Garden Turkey Club Sandwich online. Online ordering was easier than at some sandwich shops. Jimmy... John's is the fastest of the sandwich makers so it was no surprise that my sandwich was waiting for me when I arrived to pick itup. I had requested that the sandwich be cut in half and napkins added to the order, something that Jersey Mikes can never seemto get right. Jimmy John's cut the sandwich in half and added napkins. When I arrived, I noticed that all workers had theirhair unsecured. I hope that they remembered to wash their hands. The sandwich itself was nicely put together, with a basilpesto supplying the "zesty" part. It was OK, but really not worth ordering again. For a company whose motto was and I believe still is, ?so fast you will freak? they can pretty much get rid of that. This is... probably the second or third time I?ve ordered from them in that last 6 months or so. I?ve gone away from ordering from them. Mylast order just took a whole hour to get here. It?s not a busy day because of any special event or anything that would be goingon to slow them down so much and this is how the services been basically the last three times so needless to say I will probablystop ordering from Jimmy John?s Read more

Just a rough night. We ordered two sandwiches and it was alright so far, until we looked at them. One of the sandwiches was... wrong. They gave us a beach club instead of Vito. Waited over 45 minutes for 1 sandwich and 1 large tea. I wouldve drove to pick it up but I was working on my car and wanted a... quick bite to eat..figured they were "Freaky Fast"....not so much when I called the person who answered was super polite but Icould hear someone in the back complaining and telling the person to tell me "we don't deliver there" when obviously theydo...and I did get it delivered.. This place was fantastic up till a couple of weeks ago. My latest experiences have been enough to make me not order from them... ever again and I'm deleting my app. Maybe one day when they get their act together I will redownload. However, on Sunday weordered at 5:30 p.m. and the order was accepted. I got a call 2 minutes later stating that they can't deliver the order becausethey are short staffed and out of food. I asked to have the manager call me she said the manager was on her way in and she nevercalled. I called the next day and the acting manager said they could not refund my money which of course was taken out when Imade my order. She said I would have to call back and speak to the actual manager who was not there until the next morning. So Icalled tonight spoke with the new manager, she agreed to take my order which was very much appreciated. She delivered the orderherself which was also very much appreciated. The sandwiches were absolutely not what I ordered, everything we asked not to beon them was on them and what we asked to be on them wasn't except the meat additions. *Update* Store manager did get hold of me and gave me a in store credit. They are fast, but I do not think they read the orders.... Placed an online order and asked for no tomatoes and cucumber and 1/2 mayo and avocado. Sandwich was loaded with all of theabove. By the time it was realized I was miles away. I will not order here again. Read more
