Spent $12 on a Teriyaki bowl meal that was less than half full and only had 3 tiny strips of chicken and only 3 small pieces of... broccoli. The one egg roll had almost as much food as the bowl had in it. What a joke. Overpriced microwaved food. I tried tocall them to tell them about it but of course no one answered. Didn't have time to go all the way back so I just had to dealwith it. Never again. I think they were more concerned about the music they were blaring that could be heard outside the drivethru window. I dont understand how this place is still in business. We have tried this location three times and every time it takes forever.... Not like fast food forever, but 20-30 min forever to get the food. The food itself was also sloppy. Bun smothered with sauce,even on the outside of the bun. The drive through screen was broken so the order could not be verified and the speaker on thedrive though was so bad that we could not hear the server. Food comes out missing items, probably because the quality of thedrive though system. The missing food was not on the bill, so I had to reorder and wait even longer. I went in one time and itwas gross and greasy. After reading all the one star reviews, i realize that i am not alone in my disgust. We will not return,ever. Read more
Closed at 7:46, lights on inside the kitchen so don't know why they would be, no sign stating they are closed either. Says they... are OPEN on Google/website. Person was inside stating they were closed. Gas is far too expensive to be wasting it like this.Won't be going back. :( Read more
Literally the worst fast food spot in Oregon city. They serve dry food that's been sitting out for a long time and if you ask... for fresh fries they take the one that's been sitting and dump them in the grease again. Don't waste your money, better to justgo hungry and spare yourself the disappointment, honestly this place needs to be shut down or better yet burned to the ground. Read more
I went to this fast food place today for the first and last time ever! The food is disgusting. It was all dried up and I... wouldn?t fed it to a dog. The chicken sandwich is vulgar. I?ve never been to a Jack-in-the-Box that was so disgusting. I order the same breakfast burrito every time. But at this location... it was horrible. The burrito had way too much cheese and sauce. It was extremely greasy and I couldn?t finish it. Three bitesand I already felt sick. I reached in the bag to grab the hash brown and felt nothing but crumbs. And the soda was completelystale. I?m very confused about all the negative reviews. We just left from our lunch date. We ordered a couple customized burger combo... meals and some tacos. When I say our meals were fresh, they were FRESH! Super hot, flavorful and beautifully presented. My hubssaid the burger tasted like it came fresh out of the garden. The sourdough bun was perfectly toasted, lettuce was crispy andFRESH, tomatoes were fresh, fries were piping hot and TASTY! The kitchen and lobby were SPOTLESS. We even told the staff howdelicious our food was and thanked them several times. This is how a fast food joint should be. Oh, and we waited about 3-5minutes, that was it.
