The worst meal ever took 4 times for them to get my order correct on the screen then they handed it to me it was still wrong got... mad at me because they had to fix it if they would put there phones away and work maybe they could get it correct. The staff are very kind at this store, however they seriously need to improve wait times. I was waiting in line for more than 20... minutes for a door dash order (no walk in, or take out option available for drivers). The order I picked up was very large, andI should have been diverted to the front of the store so not to hold up the line (especially after the 10 minute mark). It wasvery embarrassing for me as I held up about 4-6 vehicles. Unfortunately I will not be picking up any more orders from thisstore, and I advise other drivers to do the same until the offer a pull-up option for online orders/dashers. Read more
This morning I went by for breakfast and arrived just 10 minutes after they'd stopped serving it. The man helping me was very... apologetic as I ordered non-breakfast items instead. When I got to the window he let me know that the fries were on the housebecause I hadn't gotten my breakfast! It was a really kind gesture that left me smiling, and I really appreciate it in this dayand age. Thanks to BK and that man! Read more
This location is located in the Fred Meyers parking lot in upper Oregon City. Right now due to Covid only the drive through is... open and only staff can enter the restaurant. Drive through is usually pretty busy during lunch and dinner hours but with staffonly working the drive through they keep the line moving. My order was accurate and staff was friendly. Read more
They're great when they're open. Half the time I go they seem to be closed for inexplicable reasons. Last time I saw a worker... sitting near the door. He saw me try to open the locked door, and helpfully informed me they were closed. "Why?" I asked."Manager said we were closed." Okay... As I was ordering, the drive through operator interrupted me halfway through, and informed me there was an 8 item limit per... car. When I politely remarked that that wasn't so fair to my kids and family who were waiting for their dinner, the serverimmediately responded that she wouldn't serve me, end of conversation. I was not rude in any way, I just drove into town from15 minutes away, because my kids like whoppers, and wanted an explanation. There was no one in the line behind me for 5 minutesafter this happened, and no service for this hard working dad trying to spoil the kids. Shameful. Since this staff is so busythat they don't have time for an order of more than 8 items, I recommend you go elsewhere so this store can only accommodateorders that will not feed your whole family. I come here often. The new staff is fabulous. Clean environment on the outside. Fast service. Although the y?all be giving out... cold French fries I still go here. My whopper is always yummy and fresh. This is a great place. Read more
The kids runnin this joint need to realize not everyone gets an impossible burger because they?re vegan/vegetarian. Some of us... have food allergies and will be sick if given the wrong thing. Keep your expectations low for quality, speed, and accuracy. Read more
