First time trying this place and was very disappointed. As I immediately entered I could see the cook just on his phone in plain... sight, then we were sat by a very nice server who was attentive and professional. My quarrel lies with the kitchen staff. If youare going to have an open kitchen environment then the cooks need to act and look professional at all times. After the cook wasdone on his phone he immediately went to touching the ingredients for my omelet and never once during my meal did I see the cookwash his hands. NOT. ONCE. between cooking other patrons' meals. Also the entire dining room smells like grease which tells methe kitchen is probably just as dirty as the cook. I've never had Biscuits food before so, yes, I did come in with high hopesthe food would be good. Nope. Bland, institutional, and the bacon is obviously a few hours old. It takes like 3 minutes to cookfresh bacon. C'mon. Also, this might seem silly, but why is their a loud staticy radio playing commercials in the dining room?Way to set an atmosphere! Oh well. Awful service. Would not complete a to go order in the restaurant. Online and phone to go were unavailable so I went there and... waited over 15 after being told they needed to seat the waiting costumer. Usually no issue but everyone seated came in after meas I wanted to order was biscuit and gravy. I would have better off sitting down and ordering. Will never go back. Read more
Good food and the staff was friendly! Although there did seem to be some beef between some of them! Response to owner: Thanks... for replying! It might have been me not interpreting the situation correctly it just seemed like there was two employeesoutwardly expressing frustration with each other! Nothing crazy just seemed like they were annoyed with each other! I understandit! It happens! It just did take away from one of my 3 experiences at this location! I love the food and the staff! Just thatmorning did put a bad taste in my mouth! Again I understand! Coworkers can be annoying! ???? But learning how to communicatewith each other in your frustration and not in front of customers is a good skill to learn/teach! Read more

We've eaten at another location before and we were not disappointed here either. WE LOVE BISCUITS CAFE!!! We ordered the BLT... Sandwich, the Chili Burger, and the Grilled Chicken Greek Salad. It was all delicious! In fact, we decided to come back forbrunch tomorrow. ???? ???????? Our server was really nice, thoughtful, and attentive. We were, however, a bit repulsed by theunsanitary actions of another server who was sitting at a nearby table marrying the condiments, replacing the dispensing lidswith her bare, unwashed, ungloved hands after refilling them; a clear food safety violation sticking her unwashed fingers in thefood product customers are then going to put in their mouths. Especially after she'd brush those fingers through her hair ortouch her face and clothes without washing them. Staff should be following all food safety practices, pandemic or not, to avoidspreading foodborne germs and pathogens. Zero excuses for that kind of behavior. Read more

I?m not sure what I did to be treated they way I was but I left feeling terrible about myself. I felt like the whole crew of... workers had a problem with me and I don?t know why. After I got my food I could see the waiter and cooks talking to each otherand looking over at me but no one would come to my table till it was time to cash out but continued to help other tables. I feltignored, gossiped about, and just like I didn?t belong. I was the loser and they were the popular kids. No one should leavebreakfast feeling the way they made me feel. They didn?t even say bye when I left the lady at the counter actually turned herback to me when she saw me walking her way. Idk what?s happened to this place but if this is how they treat people I will not bereturning. Read more
