Poorest excuse of a "rib" I've ever seen. Where is the meat? And tough too... Definitely didn't fall off the bone. Took... gnawing Soggy, untoasted smooshy tasteless bread Pulled pork was tasty. Wish there was some sauce on it though. Mac and cheesewas bland. Green beans were decent for clearly being canned Overall, wish I had gone to Famous Daves, or some chain BBQ place.Not worth the money spent. Read more
I'll try them again but the Mac & cheese zero flavor not cheesey won't ever get that again ribs were dry no sauce really on them... half the meat was missing on the bone didn't give me my cornbread but the green beans were super good thought this place be likethe food truck but isn't pricy for what I got but the staff was nice so ill try them again on different menu items Read more
Good experience. I was greeted when I first walked in and my food didn't take long to be prepared. I dined in and the worker... brought my food and condiments to my table. Never had a unpleasant experience at this location. Read more
My favorite at Deet's is the Brisket plate. Brisket sandwich, baked beans with brisket bits, Wild salad, Corn muffin, Half rack... of Ribs & two Pecan pieces for dessert. Quick service, friendly staff & very clean dinning area. Read more
Way overpriced, only chopped brisket no lean only marble meat, plain sausage, chopped chicken was dry, only 2 ribs on the... personal platter?. For spending $27 for one meal I?d expect some crazy good bbq. This is nothing special and extremely overpriced. Potato salad has no flavor, baked beans was good, Mac and cheese varies some days it?s good some days it?s not thatcheesy in the sense of flavor. Anything at $20 should come with a drink you shouldn?t have to buy a darn drink on top of anoverpriced meal. 3 meat platters, sides and a drink down south run about $15-$17 so this is definitely $10 over priced. Visited resently. Order way more than I should. Ordered chicken brisket and pork. Didnt care for the sauce seemed to over power... the flavor in meat. The brisket was pulled brisket mostly fat but lucky for then I like that part. The polish pete was good aswell. I had the slaw and mc n cheese. Also got a slab of ribs. Rib weren't very big I'm a bit picky with my ribs but have to trythem everywhere. Sauce over powdered the meat so couldnt really taste the flavor in the food besides the sauce. But it was goodover all. I'd go again just to try other things on the menu. Read more
This place is so inconsistent. Sometimes I order and get delicious warm food . Next time I get cold and flavorless . The... brisket , for example 1 time it's tender and delicious , the next it tough flavorless and cold . Same goes for the sides , theribs , and the pulled anything . 1 time it's good , next it's awful . No consistency I've given this place alot of chances togain that consistency but I think im done . As the number of good meal's is far less than the bad ones . The manager needs toget a rein on his kitchen staff and hold them to a standard . ???? The inky thing that always good is the muffins .... which ifI'm being honest can be dry or stale . Sooooo. Needs improvement across the board. Read more
