6:56pm on a saturday night, doors are locked. No signs up. Absolutely disgusting! I have a hearing impairment and a physical... disability that makes it hard to get in and out of vehicles. I am unable to go through drive thru's due my hearing problem. Iget out of my vehicle, walk up to the door and they're both locked. I always look for a sign before I exit my vehicle and Ilooked again. I see plenty of employees including a black male employee sitting by the door eating. I don't leave reviews but I just ordered a veggie bowl, I asked for brown rice so instead of getting a new fresh tub of rice... when it was clearly out, the lady started scrapping off the rice that was hardened to the bottom, just scrapping it. I knew Ishould have said something but was not in the mood. I tried to eat it and almost broke a tooth. If you work in the food industrywhy would you serve food, you wouldn't eat. it's ridiculous. think about how you would like it if you were about to spend moneyon something and the person in front of you is scrapping the burnt edges off and giving it to you. It's not that hard to havecommon sense. this place has just gotten trashier since hiring new employees. i'll never go back to this location. Read more
