We live in Diana and come to Ore City for convenience snacks and let me tell you I?m definitely finished with this location. We... will drive the extra miles for Longview. They always serve old or watered down drinks or messed up fried foods. I posted apicture of what was supposed to be a medium jumbo popcorn chicken and it was mainly just crusties. We tried to give thislocation multiple 2nd chances but we can no longer waste our money. We need to get the regional manager to get this locationfixed. Read more
There was a roach in the food. Not to mention we sat at the drive though about 5 min then pulled off thinking they were closed... looked online saw they were open another hour so pulled back in to a car spot and was asked to pull through the drive through toorder. Then they told us they were out of ice cream. How could sonic be out of ice cream?! My order of onion rings was awhopping total of 5 about the size of a silver dollar. The worst sonic ever? when I was in high school the sonic was actually really decent. Now, you?re lucky if they can get a simple... drink right. Everything comes out messed up, cold, not prepared correctly. They never answer the stalls no matter how many timesyou press the button. At approximately 9:30 am, I ordered a sour patch slush and a half and half tea. When I got to the window, I was handed a sour... patch float. I told the girl that this is not what I ordered. I did not want the ice cream in it. She told me that this isthe only way they can make it. I told her other Sonics do. She just looked at me. I handed it back and told her I wanted moneyback. A few minutes later she quickly open the window, handed me my receipt, and slammed the window. I drove down the road,before taking a drink of my tea. It tasted as though it was from yesterday and not freshly made this morning. I drove intoLongview to a Sonic. I ordered a sour patch float with no ice cream and another tea. Drove to the window and the young girlsaid, "Here is your sour patch slush." YES, it CAN be done. Did they probably charge me for a float? Probably. Did I care?NO. Did I get what I ordered? YES. This is appropriate customer service!!!! We have somehow forgotten that when people enter abusiness to spend their hard-earned money, they deserve good customer service. Read more
After having to go to the bank to draw money out because their card reader wouldn't read our card (and apparently their ability... to manually enter the card number has been taken away) then actually returning to the store to pay for our food, of which themanager didn't expect us to do, we get home only to find that our order wasn't all there. Noted we should have checked it beforeleaving but should we really have to do their job for them...? I understand mistakes happen but EVERY TIME I have been to thatstore in the last six months I have had to ask for part of my order that didn't make it out the door or have been brought thewrong food. Sadly I will not be returning to this place. About a year ago my husband got food poisoning from a burger he ate. I tried to... brush it off thinking it was just a one time thing. But tonight I got a chicken strip basket and the chicken was raw. Iunderstand mistakes happen but I?m not willing to risk it. Called and talked to the manager and she said to come back and theywould make it again for free. Nice gesture but I don?t live in the same town. Just be careful friends! Read more
