It's sad to say that every single time I go thru your drive-thru, I have to repeat myself, & they still can't get the order... right. When I call them out on it, to make the correction, I get terrible attitude. I've called corporate in the past about thislocation & I've seen they've done nothing because the same screw-ups are still taking orders that are wrong. Read more

Should hire people that want to work. When an employee ask the customer how to make a sandwich it's pretty bad. Then to have an... attitude with a customer - enough to have that customer leave without an order. SHAME ON YOU! This explains what is wrong todaylazy, disrespectful kids. Can't even take an order in a fast food restaurant. I will miss the ham, egg and cheese croissants.But you know what BURGER KING has the same awesome sandwich which I will enjoy from this day forward. Friend was right - theplace is a joke!! I go here weekly and during the day the service is absolutely amazing and everything is made perfectly! However anytime after 5... the service is horrible and their attitudes are beyond unacceptable..with over 30 minutes until closed the girl refused to makea black coffee because she had already cleaned. Lazy lady couldn't be bothered putting honey in my tea, said it's a pain. If I wanted to make my own tea, I'd just make it at... home and not pay you to do it. The service industry is woefully lacking, especially at Tim Hortons and these folks believe theydeserve $15/hr. Read more
The service today was awful! I think they were having a bad day! I had to tell them three times what kind of sandwich I wanted... and then I had to swipe my credit card twice because it didn't work the first time. The girl at the register apparently told me,but I couldn't hear here because she pretty much whispered it to me! On top of that the attitudes were not pleasant. I wasgetting unpleasant looks.
